Walz Schöder Salting Box

The Walz&Schöder salting box is a plastic box equipped with a drainage tray

It can be used for fish, meat, sandwich cakes, and many other foods. Inside the airtight box is a tray that can be lifted out of the box using the handles. The tray’s handles can be flipped up, raising the tray higher. No matter what the product or food item is, it is easy to lift it out of this box. The container is often used for preparing salted fish. It is made of high-quality food-grade plastic. Machine washing is not recommended.
