The NITEforce HighGain Super High-Power Antenna helps if the wildlife camera has been placed in areas with weak coverage. The NITEforce HighGain high-power antenna supports a wide range of networks: 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G. You can use it with nearly all transmitting game cameras available on the market.

With the NITEforce HighGain high-gain antenna, you can improve the range of your transmitting game camera in challenging terrain conditions. The weatherproof HighGain antenna is equipped with a 3-meter-long black RG-174-grade weatherproof cable. The cable ends with a gold-plated SMA connector designed to withstand Finnish weather conditions, which fits directly into the screw mount of the transmitting game camera’s antenna.

USAGE
Thanks to the 3-meter cable, the height of the game camera can remain the same, but the cable allows the antenna itself to be positioned higher, where signal reception may improve significantly. The antenna can be mounted high up against a tree trunk, for example, using the game camera’s mounting strap or the Benji game camera mounting cord. If your hunting area is located near a national border, the camera may use its own antenna to find a better network in a neighboring country via roaming, causing the transmission to stop. In this case, you can place a 15 cm x 15 cm metal plate behind the HighGain antenna. For mounting, the back of the antenna is equipped with double-sided 3M tape. The antenna attaches to the metal plate, with Russia behind it.

Finally, the antenna can be oriented vertically toward the nearest tower for optimal performance. If the location of the base station mast is not known in advance, the signal bars on the camera’s display will indicate the best direction as the antenna is rotated over time
