It can also be removed from the bike quickly and easily if you use your bike for purposes other than dog cycling. The spring section can be detached with the push of a button

NOTE! Do not attach the tow strap to the loop at the end of the adapter. The tow rope must always be attached around the bike frame. Always use a flexible leash when engaging in pulling sports. The pulling adapters are designed to support the leash and are not intended for the pulling force to be applied directly to the spring. The purpose of the adapter’s coil spring is to allow the adapter to flex sideways and vertically.
