Thanks to the grip, the Altai Hok skis are easy to use for climbing up slopes and descending them. The Altai Hok snowshoes combine the best features of skis and snowshoes. These skis are particularly agile in detailed, brush-covered, and densely vegetated terrain, but they also perform very well in open areas. The nimble Altai Hok snowshoes are easier to control on descents than traditional long backcountry skis. The ski’s effective grip pattern moderates speed appropriately without hindering glide. The snowshoes also feature steel edges similar to those on traditional downhill skis. For this reason, they hold their direction well even on icy slopes. Pivot binding

The Pivot binding features a hinge mechanism. The binding is compatible with most types of footwear, such as hiking boots, rubber boots, or winter sneakers. The binding is sturdy, and its flexplate pivot joint, which serves as the base, along with the spring-loaded heel piece, enable skiing with any type of footwear. The binding system is also well-suited for all types of footwear and provides excellent foot support. The binding is easy to adjust. The Pivot binding fits shoe sizes 35–47.5. No tools are needed to adjust the binding length.
