Trophy Cleaner is an effective skull cleaner. The ingredients in the product help break down and separate tissue from the bone, which shortens the boiling time. It removes fat and partially bleaches the trophy; bleaching can be supplemented with a suitable bleaching agent from the EUROHUNT TROPHY BLEACH product line. 

Instructions for use:

1. The trophy must be skinned; large tissue masses must be removed; the brain must be removed, and the cranial cavity must be washed and cleaned.

2. Place the skull in cold salt water and soak for 24 hours. Be careful not to submerge the antlers; it is best to remove them before soaking.

3. Prepare a sufficient amount of TROPHY CLEANER solution by mixing 10–35 g of TROPHY CLEANER per liter of water; use the included measuring cap (10 ml ≈ 10 g) for measuring, The dosage depends on the animal’s age and species. For younger animals, and especially roe deer, use 10–20 g/l; for older animals, use 20–35 g/l.

4. Begin heating and stirring the solution until the TROPHY CLEANER is completely dissolved. Then place the skull in the solution and continue heating to approximately 80 °C; boiling is not recommended to prevent damage to the skull.

5. Check the trophy regularly to ensure it does not overcook. When the tissue begins to separate from the skull, remove it and clean it using cutting tools and brushes. If it is difficult to remove all the tissue, return the skull to the solution and continue simmering. Check it frequently and clean off the remaining tissue.

6. Rinse the skull thoroughly and let it dry.

7. Bleach the skull with bleaching powder or hydrogen peroxide.
