Completely silent and lightweight, the Mehto Pro 2.0 fits well and doesn’t hinder movement. The jacket features a 3-layer Gore-Tex® membrane, meaning rain and wind stay where they belong—on the outside of the suit. Durability has also been considered here; the membranes are laminated to both the outer and lining fabrics, and with this membrane technology, wear is minimized.

Large ventilation openings on the sides of the jacket ensure that, even in humid conditions, it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting in a steam room; instead, moisture can easily escape from inside the jacket. The ventilation openings work brilliantly and allow the jacket to be worn even in slightly warmer weather. The inner lining is comfortable in any weather and glides smoothly over your clothes without restricting movement. The cuffs can be closed with Velcro, and the sleeves also have loops where you can conveniently attach gloves in the winter. This is a nice feature, because in cold weather it’s convenient to keep your gloves within easy reach without having to toss them into the snow!

The bottom hem of the jacket has easy, adjustable drawstrings on both sides. The hood is removable and can also be adjusted to suit the situation with drawstrings at the mouth and back of the neck. Even the hood’s brim is adjustable as needed! The inside of the collar is made of comfortable fleece, which makes wearing the jacket all day surprisingly versatile!

The jacket has four pockets: standard hand-warming pockets, a slanted chest pocket on the left, and an inner pocket on the right.
