Malmgård Game Seed Diana Forage Rapeseed 3 kg

Diana forage rapeseed is used in game fields as a forage crop for deer and hares. The leaves resemble those of forage kale, but are narrower and thinner, and the plant’s stem is slimmer. It is highly frost-tolerant. Does not flower in the year of sowing.
Height approx. 80 cm. Our varieties have been trial-grown and found to be game-friendly. Forage rapeseed is easier and more reliable to grow than forage kale, but is second in terms of palatability. It is acceptable later in the fall after it has been exposed to frost.

Used in annual diversity fields together with, for example, forage kale. EU subsidy €300/ha
