The seed spreader is an excellent way to distribute game field seeds on a prepared game field. The seed spreader’s centrifugal spreader flings the seeds or fertilizer onto the field when its handle is turned. Depending on your speed, you can sow an area of up to about one hectare per hour. Faster than walking, sowing a large game field goes quickly when the sower sits on an ATV while the driver maneuvers through the field.

The Siemenlinko is versatile and can be used to sow seeds or fertilizers of various particle sizes. The seed spreader is lightweight and easy to transport. Its durable nylon seed bag folds up neatly for transport. The seed bag holds up to approx. 16L of game field seeds.

The seed bag’s opening is wide, making it easy to fill. The seed bag closes with a zipper during sowing.

SOWING TIP FOR SMALL, DARK GAME FIELD SEEDS
Sowing with small, dark game field seeds is always a challenging task because the small, dark seeds get lost in the field, making it difficult to distinguish the boundary between the sown and unsown areas. You can mix a few more visible seeds, such as grain kernels, into the small dark game field seeds, allowing you to use the light-colored kernels to see where the sowing boundary lies. This ensures the field is sown evenly, and the amount of game field seed used does not increase excessively due to over-sowing.

Once the game field has been sown, it is a good idea to roll the field afterward so that the seeds are pressed down appropriately into the soil and germination begins immediately.
