Active hearing protectors connect to your own VHF radio via a convenient audio extension cable. The audio extension cable features a microphone that allows you to send your own messages by pressing a button.

This way, you can hear your hunting partner’s announcements directly through your own hearing protectors. Your hunting partner’s announcements cannot be heard outside the ear protectors, so animals won’t hear the sound of your radio communication. You can easily send your own message by pressing the button on the microphone unit.

Behind the microphone unit’s microphone is a small metal clip that attaches it to the collar of your hunting jacket or the lapel near your mouth.
