The Finnish Huntingdog® Ukko high-visibility vest for dogs, designed in Finland, provides excellent safety for the dog in the wilderness or even on a walk. The vest’s colors are extremely bright, making the dog easier to spot.

The two-tone design makes it easier to interpret the dog’s position, allowing you to see which direction the dog is barking—whether at a moose or a pointing dog standing over game. The high-visibility vest is red on the left and yellow on the right.

The high-visibility vest is made from durable material designed with hunting dog conditions in mind. The fabric is high-quality material featuring a “pilling-resistant” knit that does not wear out, and a light-reflective surface that is highly visible even in twilight (red color). The vest’s side straps are sewn with a strong, elastic stitch that follows the dog’s movements and provides flexibility. The vest’s fabric is also UV-resistant, so it retains its bright colors for a long time. The sides and back of the vest feature 3M reflectors printed using thermal technology.

The vest features an adjustable neck opening, allowing you to shift the vest’s position slightly backward by extending the neck section. Thanks to the vest’s adjustable chest circumference, it fits the dog securely.

The vest is secured with a highly durable, high-quality 50mm-wide YKK Velcro strap, ensuring the vest stays securely on the dog during vigorous activity and in adverse conditions. Thanks to the Velcro fastening, short-haired breeds do not experience chafing, unlike with buckle fastenings.

Size XS vest measurements: neck opening min. 32 cm–max. 42 cm, chest circumference min. 40 cm–max. 55 cm

Dog sizes vary greatly from one individual to another, so you must always ensure you find the right size by measuring and trying it on!

Remember to measure your dog’s chest circumference from behind the front legs, at the point where the chest line ends and the belly line begins to rise.

The vest is the right size when it fits snugly on the dog and isn’t loose!

Remember to take good care of the products to ensure the longest possible lifespan! For example, wash the vest when necessary and clean the Velcro surfaces regularly after use. P.S. It’s convenient to clean the Velcro surfaces with compressed air if debris has stuck to them
