V-Sharp A4 knife sharpener with adjustable diamond stones. The sharpening stones can be set to an angle of 15º, 20º, 25º, or 30º. Suitable for most knives and pocket knives! Not recommended for Japanese knives with a 10–17º sharpening angle. The sharpener’s body is made of steel and features a silicone pad on the bottom to prevent slipping. The included coarse standard diamond stone (325 grit) quickly sharpens even a dull knife, and the blades can be flipped over, allowing you to finish the blade to a fine edge thanks to the fine finishing steel. With these, you can quickly sharpen even completely dull blades with minor nicks to the correct angle. We also offer ceramic sharpening stones separately for ceramic knives
