The Jetboil Flash 2.0 PCS (Personal Cooking System) camping stove is suitable for boiling water and coffee, as well as heating soups. All parts of the stove can be nested inside each other, allowing it to fit into a small space.The burner is extremely efficient and reliable. The well-insulated cooking pot also doubles as a drinking cup. The pot’s neoprene-coated exterior makes it safer to use and saves energy. The color of the stripes on the insulation changes according to the temperature of the pot’s contents, so you can always see when the contents are hot enough and turn off the stove immediately to avoid wasting gas.
The stove is easy and safe to use. The burner unit attaches to the bottom of the pot and is ignited using an integrated electronic piezo ignition (in this model, a new-generation piezo). The pot’s patented, wind-protected FluxRing base transfers heat efficiently and evenly to the cup. The stove boils half a liter of water in under two minutes! The measuring scale inside the pot makes it easy to use the stove economically—you heat exactly what you need.
The package includes the burner with igniter, a pot with a handle, a drinking lid, a protective cup for the FluxRing base, and a tripod for attaching to the bottom of the gas canister. Gas cartridges from all major manufacturers fit Jetboil’s standard thread. Height when packed: 180 mm; inner diameter: 95 mm. Weight at its lightest when ready for use: 371 g (without gas).
