The KarDog Jehu is a yellow/orange high-visibility vest developed in collaboration with Team Karhukopla. The vest is aptly named after Team Karhukopla’s “founding member,” the dog Jehu.

A multi-purpose vest for your dog that helps your dog stay afloat longer if it falls through the ice, for example, and thus also gives the owner time to get the dog out of the icy water. In sizes L and XL, the removable floatation section contains enough buoyant material to support approximately 10 kg. In sizes S and M, approximately 8.5 kg. Dogs naturally have air in their lungs and throughout their bodies, making the floatation section an excellent additional aid. The vest can also be used without the floatation section. The buoyancy section is inserted into the vest from the back. The inner surface of the vest has a lightweight mesh lining.

The vest adjusts conveniently at the hips and neck/chest with Velcro straps; the fastening points are protected and "hidden" under protective covers on the vest.

Reflectors on both sides and on the front at chest level improve visibility in low light if the dog happens to wander onto the roadside.

The GPS pocket opens and closes with a zipper on the side of the pocket. The pocket has three different antenna ports for devices of various brands. The pocket fits the most common GPS devices, and for most of them, the entire collar fits inside as well. All models from Tracker, Ultracom, and Garmin, as well as many other devices of the same size and style. On the front of the vest, in front of the pocket, there is a metal D-ring for leashing or tracking.

The outer surface of the high-visibility orange and yellow fabric is made of durable and sturdy polyester filament, and the inner side is made of comfortable cotton. The underbelly panel is made of strong polyamide fabric that withstands mechanical stress and abrasion extremely well.
