Directions for use: 

Warm a small amount of wax between your fingers and apply to the paws or other areas needing care. Apply to problem areas 2–3 times a day. With regular use, treatment 1–4 times a week on average is sufficient to keep the pads in good condition (note individual differences). Can be used before a run to protect the pads and after a run or wash to care for the skin. Note the increased need during long and strenuous activities.
