Larsen Bird Trap

The Larsen Bird Trap is a live bird trap that is extremely popular in Britain. It is suitable for catching magpies, jackdaws, pigeons, and other birds. The trap is made of high-quality galvanized mesh. The trap is set by placing two wooden blocks opposite each other at the edges of the trap (see picture). The bird lands on the perch, after which the trap closes.

Broken eggs and straw, cat or dog food pellets, etc. can be used as bait. The trap also works when placed on its side on a flat surface (see pictures).

The trap measures approx. 42×42×47cm when open.

The trap is delivered folded in a package. It is very easy and quick to assemble using the cable ties provided.
