Installation and Maintenance Instructions

Installing the door is easy when you follow these instructions:

Install the door on the outside of the kennel or doghouse, or in a partition, so that the hinge tube is vertical and the smaller door opens inward. You can secure the door tightly to the wall by placing a thin strip of foam between the door and the wall, for example.

Secure the door to the wall with eight screws over the opening intended for the door. Do not tighten the screws too tightly, so that the door frame does not warp. Tighten the mounting screws with a screwdriver, for example!

By maintaining the door regularly, you ensure its functionality for years to come! Regularly apply oil or grease to the door hinges to keep them moving smoothly. Depending on the conditions and the dogs’ habits, it is also advisable to replace the seals in the door if necessary.
