How do I take my measurements?
Use a measuring tape and measure directly against your body. The measurements in the size guide are body measurements, not garment measurements. To choose the right size jacket or shirt, measure your chest circumference. The measurements in the table allow for some room to move.

Chest: Measure the widest part of your chest, directly across your shoulder blades. Use this measurement when choosing jackets and shirts.
Waist: Measure your waist at its narrowest point.
Hips: Measure around your hips at the widest point, usually about 20 cm below your waist. This measurement determines your pants size. Waist circumference is a secondary reference measurement.
