How do I take my measurements?
Use a measuring tape and measure directly against your body. The measurements in the size guide are body measurements, not garment measurements. Hip circumference and inseam length are the measurements that determine your pant size. The measurements in the table take into account the garment’s ease of movement.

1. Chest circumference: Measure the widest part of your chest, directly across your shoulder blades. Use this measurement when choosing jackets and shirts.
2. Waist: Measure your waist at its narrowest point.
3. Hips: Measure around your hips at their widest point, usually about 20 cm below your waist. This measurement determines your pants size. Waist circumference is a secondary measurement for reference.
4. Inseam: Measure the inseam from the crotch to the floor (without shoes).
