Hearty Kuivamuona

The hearty Kuivamuona is a moderately spicy, slightly fiery meal with about 500 calories. It consists of delicious rice noodles, dried meat, vegetables, and a generous amount of butter powder. The butter powder gives the hearty meal a really nice creamy flavor. The hearty meal contains about 21g of protein per serving, which is quite a decent amount. All you need to do is add water and wait about 10 minutes.

Preparing the dehydrated meal

• Boil water. Tear open the bag along the tear notch at the top of the bag, above the resealable mechanism.
• Pour hot water into the bag so that the water level is even with the top of the dry food. The amount is about 1.5 dl.
• Open the bottom of the bag completely.
• Mix the dry food thoroughly with the water to achieve as smooth a consistency as possible.
• Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
• Carefully tear off the excess packaging material from the tear notch in the middle of the bag to make eating easier; be careful not to let the bag tear downward.
