Mättö Kuivamuona

Mättö is the heart of our Kuivamuona line and packs 600 calories per meal. A single packet of Mättö also contains a solid 23 g of protein. Mättö includes dried meat, vegetables, and rice noodles. The creaminess comes from rich butter powder, which adds a nice amount of fat and flavor to the meal. All you need to do is add water and wait about 10 minutes.

Preparing the dry meal

• Boil water. Tear open the bag along the tear notch at the top of the bag, above the resealable mechanism.
• Pour hot water into the bag so that the water level is even with the top of the dry food. The amount is about 1.5 dl.
• Open the bottom of the bag completely.
• Mix the dry food thoroughly with the water to achieve as smooth a consistency as possible.
• Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
• Carefully tear off the excess packaging material from the middle of the bag along the tear notch to make eating easier; be careful not to let the bag tear downward.
