Pulsar Krypton 2 XQ35 Thermal Camera / Clip-on Device

The Pulsar Krypton 2 is now a smaller and more balanced clip-on thermal imager than its popular predecessor.

In the new Krypton 2 thermal imager, the battery is located on top of the device. Battery life is 11 hours. The menu is now consistent with other Pulsar devices, and there are 8 heat color presets.

UPGRADE TO THERMAL IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

Based on ultra-precise 17 µm thermal imaging technology, the thermal imaging sensor features a resolution of 384 x 288 pixels and, combined with a high-quality HD AMOLED mini-display, the Pulsar KRYPTON 2 XQ35 delivers the sharpest possible image while maintaining the accuracy of a daytime rifle scope. The Pulsar Krypton 2 XQ35 is compatible with a wide range of rifle scopes and magnification levels, transforming standard daytime scopes into powerful thermal imaging systems.

Pulsar thermal add-ons are always factory-centered (aligned) with respect to the display. This saves the user significant time and effort, as no actual zeroing is required. Only a small fraction of European manufacturers offer this benefit to their customers.

Detection range of over one kilometer
A powerful lens combined with a professional-grade 17 µm thermal imaging sensor enables exceptional detection capabilities. A typical 1.8 m (6 ft) tall target can be detected from up to 1,300 meters away in pitch darkness.

The Pulsar Krypton uses a high-quality 17 µm thermal imaging sensor with a resolution of 384x288 pixels, enabling sharp, high-contrast images and thermal sensitivity in all weather conditions.

Quick-release lens cover adapter with a precise alignment mechanism for attaching to the front lens of daytime rifle scopes
The thermal attachment attaches to the quick-release PSP adapter, which is easy to attach to and detach from the rifle scope. The adapter’s mounting allows for precise alignment of the thermal attachment within the field of view of the daytime rifle scope, thereby maximizing the scope’s field of view.

Krypton allows the shooter to focus on quickly locating the target and finding the right point of impact in low-light conditions, without tedious and complicated adjustments. The arrangement of the thermal attachment’s components is designed with optimal accuracy and true ease of adjustment in mind. Compatible with a wide range of riflescopes with different magnification levels
The Pulsar Krypton 2 XQ35 thermal attachment easily adapts to riflescope magnification levels ranging from 2x to 6x.

Shock-resistant magnesium alloy body
The Krypton’s lightweight magnesium alloy body makes the device sturdy and durable, and it withstands the recoil of even large-caliber rifles. The improved structural strength reduces vibrations during firing and enhances ballistic performance. The magnesium alloy body also provides better cooling for the device.

Internal photo and video recorder with 16 GB of memory
The internal photo and video recorder is an excellent tool when the user wants to capture videos or photos of their unique experiences. A single press of the REC button starts recording. You can easily share the footage with colleagues, friends, and family. The 16 GB of internal storage holds hours of video and plenty of photos, which can be downloaded to a computer or smartphone.

Wi-Fi and the Stream Vision App for iOS and Android Devices
With Wi-Fi and the free Stream Vision app, you can connect the Pulsar Krypton 2 XQ35 wirelessly to smartphones and other mobile devices and use them as a second screen or remote control. With the Android- and iOS-compatible app, you can also transfer image data, stream video online, adjust device settings in detail, and update the firmware.

The free, Android- and iOS-compatible Stream Vision 2 software makes it easy to set up Krypton and helps keep its firmware up to date. The device receives improvements and new features from time to time.

Fast-charging battery packs enable up to 8 hours of uninterrupted use. You can use the same battery all night long without needing to replace it. Krypton can also be connected to any external power source via Micro USB and used as an external power source.
