General information about the webshop
The online service is provided by Korpimetso.com Oy (Business ID 2731821-1). The webshop is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week, except for service interruptions due to updates. Korpimetso.com Oy is not responsible for issues caused by the user’s own internet connection or computer. We sell products to adults, both private individuals and companies, within Finland and the EU. We do not sell products outside the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are mainly ordered online via the shopping carts at www.korpimetso.eu, www.korpimetso.se, and www.korpimetso.de.
All orders are confirmed by email, including the order price, delivery costs, and ordered products. Providing an email address is required to receive the order confirmation.
The customer agrees to the applicable terms and conditions with each order.
Shipping costs and delivery methods
Shipping costs are added to all orders. The system automatically calculates shipping costs at checkout based on weight and products. You will always see the total cost before placing your order. Costs are calculated using the cheapest available shipping method for the selected products.
Delivery methods depend on the products and quantities. The final delivery method and cost are selected at checkout.
We use GLS, PostNord, Omniva, and Matkahuolto for deliveries.
Delivery time
We ship orders on every business day. If the product is in stock, the estimated dispatch time is within 24 hours of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Product availability is shown in the webshop.
For products shipped from other warehouses, delivery time is typically 2–5 business days depending on the product and shipping method.

Payment methods EU
Accepted payment methods in our EU webshops (.de, .eu, .se) are Visa, Visa Electron, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Klarna, and PayPal. Paytrail Oyj acts as the payment intermediary. In PayPal payments, Korpimetso.com Oy appears as the recipient.

After selecting products, choose “Add to cart” or “Checkout”.
You will be redirected to Paytrail’s secure payment page. Paytrail is a trusted payment service provider.
Verify the total amount and recipient (Korpimetso.com Oy), then choose your payment method.
