How to return a package

Korpimetso.com Oy offers a FREE 60-day limited return policy for purchased products

This right applies to products purchased both from our online store and our physical shop. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and as new. The original sales packaging of returned products must also be intact and undamaged.

The return policy does not apply to products customized to the customer’s specifications, such as engraved, modified, marked, or made-to-measure products. The return policy also does not apply, for hygiene reasons, to underwear and game calls.

All product tags originally attached to the item, including price tags, must remain attached. The product packaging (e.g. shoebox) must also be intact.

For returns, you must request a return label from customer service. The label will be sent to you by email so you can print it and attach it to the return package. The package must then be delivered to the same pickup point where you collected it or to your local post office. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds! We charge a €20 service fee for non-returnable return shipments.

Returns, product exchanges, and refunds will be processed once we have received the returned order
